  • Get an e-voucher worth INR 2000 from ClearTrip when an annual spend of INR 1 lakh is achieved with the card.

The reward points can be redeemed against products and gift vouchers at the Catalogue of the SBI card’s Reward at a rate of 1 reward point that is equal to Re. 0.25. Mentioned below are the steps to get the reward points redeemed:

Step 1: Visit the page of the SBI Card.

Step 2: Click the tab “Rewards”.

Step 3: A complete list of products will then appear on the screen.

Step 4: Choose the product against which the reward points are to be redeemed.

Step 5: In case you are choosing only points to buy, then click on the option “Points only”. In case the same is being bought with partial points and the remaining amount is being paid, then click the option “Points + Pay”.

Step 6: You need to log in using your registered mobile number to get the reward points redeemed.

In case the reward points are to be redeemed against the statement balance, contact SBI card customer care by following some simple steps as mentioned below:

  • Log in to www.sbicard.com.
  • Under the tab “Main Menu”, select “Mailbox”.
  • Now, under the option “category”, choose the option “Reward Points Redemption”.
  • Now, under the head “Sub Category”, click the option “Request for Redemption”.
  • Click on “Proceed” further to send the mail.
